What you will do
- Lead architecture design for scalable, high-performance backend systems aligned with business needs.
- Evaluate and recommend backend technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Analyze, refine, and approve specifications and technical requirements across teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between backend, frontend, databases, third-party services, and APIs.
- Design for high traffic scalability, performance, and reliability; resolve bottlenecks via profiling and optimization.
- Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose timely solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in backend development (Go, Java, Python), at least 3 years as architect on distributed high-load systems
- Strong object-oriented design, multithreading, SQL/NoSQL databases, distributed systems.
- Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or similar).
- Containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong engineering mindset: analytical thinking, collaboration, openness to opinions.
- Proficiency in clear technical documentation.
