About YouChat
YouChat is a modern messaging platform focused on delivering fast, reliable, and seamless communication across web and mobile devices.
Our current architecture is heavily web-based, with mobile applications leveraging Web UI for most functionality and native implementations for selected platform-specific features.
We are looking for an experienced Messaging Architect to help us evolve YouChat into a world-class messaging platform.

What You’ll Do
* Review and assess the current platform architecture
* Define a long-term technical roadmap for scalability and reliability
* Improve messaging performance, synchronization, and delivery
* Optimize mobile and web user experience
* Advise on best practices used by leading messaging platforms
* Mentor engineering teams and participate in key architectural decisions

We are particularly interested in candidates who have contributed to large-scale messaging or real-time communication platforms, such as:
* Telegram
* WhatsApp
* Signal
* Discord
* Slack
* Microsoft Teams
* Viber

Technical Expertise
* Distributed systems
* Real-time messaging architectures
* WebSockets, MQTT, gRPC, messaging protocols
* Mobile and web application performance
* Push notification systems
* Multi-device synchronization
* Scalability and reliability engineering
* Security and privacy

Engagement Models
