What you will do

• Design and build LLM-based and agentic AI solutions addressing complex business challenges.
• Implement and optimize RAG systems for production environments.
• Own the technical direction of client engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Support presales activities including technical proposals, scoping, and client-facing demos.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish technical standards across the Python practice.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Strong Python proficiency including OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.) and production LLM applications.
• Proven experience in presales, technical scoping, and cloud cost estimation.
• English: B2+ required for collaboration in distributed teams.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and testing frameworks like pytest.

Nice to have

• Experience with Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping.
• Proficiency in Go, Node.js, or Rust.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Front-end experience with React or Vue.
