What you will do

• Collaborate with sales and customers to understand requirements and design tailored implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end implementation processes for smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Work with development team to resolve technical challenges and integrate with customer systems.
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing updates and addressing issues.
• Capture and log customer suggestions for new features.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and presentation skills for native-speaking clients.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in technical implementation, project management, consulting, or software development.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and SaaS advantageous; P2P or O2C experience strong plus.
