TL;DR

Revenue Operations Lead (AI/SaaS): Building data infrastructure and automation systems to convert open-source usage signals into enterprise revenue with an accent on signal detection and pipeline automation. Focus on designing data-driven workflows, integrating multiple data sources, and scaling the lead generation engine for an AI agent platform.

Location: Based in Seattle (office-based, not remote)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain data infrastructure integrating HubSpot, Scarf, Clay, RB2B, and GitHub into unified databases.
  • Develop AI agents and queries to identify Open Source Qualified Leads (OQLs).
  • Create repeatable systems to transform anonymous usage data into actionable enterprise leads.
  • Design and execute automated email campaigns and workflows to drive sales meetings.
  • Own data quality, enrichment waterfalls, and overall pipeline reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and database architecture skills.
  • Deep expertise with Clay (critical) and HubSpot workflow automation.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data schemas.
  • Ability to write basic scripts in Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience with product-led growth and converting OSS projects to commercial revenue.
  • Must be based in Seattle (office-based, not remote)

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI for data analysis, pattern recognition, and workflow automation.
  • Background at fast-growing B2B SaaS startups (Series A-C) or developer tools companies.
  • Previous roles in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Growth Ops.
