Lead/Head of Product Analytics (Fintech)

Lead/Head of Product Analytics (Fintech): Take ownership of analytical infrastructure and product performance metrics for a new bank in LatAm with an accent on research-driven decisions, process scaling, and team leadership. Focus on designing CJM and conversion funnels, running A/B tests, and optimizing business efficiency across KYC, ATM, Debit Card, and Antifraud domains.

Location: Flexible work from office in Mexico (preferred) or remote; relocation support to Mexico with full visa & permit support for employee and family

What you will do

• Own analytical infrastructure and product performance metrics
• Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders with deep research-based decisions
• Design and scale operational processes, CJM, and conversion funnels
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize rules/models
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of analysts with sprint planning

Requirements

• English proficiency (B1+) for international collaboration
• Mathematical or technical degree from top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, systematic thinking
• Advanced SQL skills; Python or R plus
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools
• Experience building and scaling processes in fast-paced environments
