What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects for LIMS and MES systems, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and quality assurance to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Analyze complex business processes to design optimized SAP integration solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all implementations comply with FDA regulations, GxP guidelines, and pharmaceutical industry best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT project management leading enterprise-level initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP implementations and system integrations.
• 3+ years of specific experience with LIMS and/or MES integrations in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance and GxP standards.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and system architecture design.
