What you will do

• Manage IT development projects from planning to closure, overseeing scope, resource scheduling, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define goals, manage expectations, and translate needs into successful outcomes.
• Report project status and risks to management and escalate issues according to the work plan.
• Build and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and external resources.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and business outcomes.
• Apply appropriate project management frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, or Hybrid approaches.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding California)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 6+ years of specific IT Project Management experience.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall principles.
• Experience with project management, Agile, and SCRUM tools.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage enterprise-wide organizational change.
