What you will do

  • Manage 20–30 active client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and leading performance calls.
  • Monitor and optimize cold email campaign deliverability, inbox health, and reply rates.
  • Analyze underperforming campaigns and improve targeting, personalization, and messaging.
  • Build and scale internal processes, SLAs, and documentation to streamline delivery.
  • Collaborate with the founder to maintain high performance standards and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • Experience managing client accounts within a cold email or outbound agency.
  • Deep understanding of deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
  • Ability to write and optimize high-converting cold email copy.
  • Proficiency with outbound automation tools and data dashboards.
  • Availability for U.S. time zone overlap.
  • Professional English communication skills.
