What you will do

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Manage multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate qualified meetings.
  • Create B2B LinkedIn content to attract target audiences and support company thought leadership.
  • Write compelling copy for outreach campaigns, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance metrics, including response rates and pipeline contributions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B outbound marketing or lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with list-building tools (Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and prospect engagement.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proven copywriting skills for outreach messaging and email campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns in a remote setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with high-ticket B2B service or consulting businesses.
  • Familiarity with outbound automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience building lead magnets and outbound marketing assets.
  • Background in sales pipeline development and appointment generation.
