• Conduct and analyze comprehensive background verifications of candidates, including employment, academic, credit, and judicial records.
• Monitor and detect security threats while actively mitigating vulnerabilities within the organization.
• Manage security incidents and participate in emergency response actions.
• Implement security policies and ensure strict regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents and continuously improve internal security and verification processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and provide strategic recommendations to recruitment and security decision-makers.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
