What you will do

• Design and assess security architectures based on least privilege and zero trust principles.
• Implement and manage IAM and PAM platforms, including RBAC, conditional access, and privileged elevation workflows.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation through patching or configuration changes.
• Develop IT security strategies and validate controls for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Maintain accurate security documentation, architecture diagrams, and provide risk insights to leadership.
• Enforce security policies and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or information security engineering.
• Deep knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC, MFA, PAM, SSO, and federation.
• Must be located in Medellin, Colombia.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications.
