What you will do

• Monitor security feeds and information systems to identify, investigate, and resolve security alerts in real-time.
• Execute regular patching cycles and system updates to mitigate risks across diverse environments.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security tools and endpoint protection software.
• Manage user permissions and ensure the principle of least privilege is maintained across various platforms.
• Maintain clear logs of incidents and resolutions to build the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common security threats.
• Ability to quickly adapt to different technical setups and software requirements.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a drive to analyze the root cause of security alerts.
• Clear and concise technical communication skills.
• Must be based in Colombia.
