What you will do
- Act as primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients, leading check-ins and managing expectations
- Diagnose and resolve issues in cold email campaigns, including deliverability, list quality, and copy
- Quality-check campaigns pre-launch and continuously optimize for measurable results
- Build and refine delivery documentation, playbooks, and track SLAs and client health metrics
- Collaborate with development and outreach teams on technical issues and execution
- Report directly to founder on client health, risks, and performance
Requirements
- Experience leading client delivery or account ownership in growing startups or early-stage companies
- Background in cold email agencies, lead generation, or high-velocity environments
- Hands-on expertise in cold email strategy, copywriting, deliverability, warm-up, and inbox placement
- Ability to write copy, troubleshoot campaigns, and understand APIs/automations
- Daily use of AI tools for operational work and strong problem-solving in imperfect systems
