What you will do

• Manage applications for local approvals, authorizations, and licenses in Brazil.
• Drive the development and implementation of group legal and general business strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts for various business lines in the ecosystem.
• Provide holistic risk assessments to enhance business value while mitigating downside risks.
• Support the launch of new products and services by navigating between commercial and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal counsel and training to non-legal associates to strengthen legal acumen across the company.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a Brazil jurisdiction.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience at a global law firm or as corporate counsel in the financial or tech industry.
• Experience with the Brazilian Central Bank and Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Strong legal drafting, interpretation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
