What you will do

• Recruit and onboard influencers and creators into affiliate partnerships.
• Manage outreach, relationship-building, and partnership negotiations with creators.
• Support affiliate campaigns through platforms such as Levanta and Amazon Creator Connections.
• Track and optimize campaign performance across revenue, ROAS, and engagement.
• Source, collect, and organize UGC from creators for brand use.
• Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate creative briefs.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing.
• Experience recruiting and negotiating partnerships with creators.
• Familiarity with affiliate tools like Levanta and/or Amazon Creator Connections.
• Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as ROAS and revenue.
• Strong written communication skills for outreach and creative briefs.
• Experience working with U.S.-based brands, audiences, or creators is a plus.
