What you will do

• Evaluate client systems like AP-LIS, interface engines, and middleware for integration with Concentriq.
• Implement HL7-based integration solutions using AI tools for rapid prototyping, validation, and iteration.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and components with Implementation Project Managers.
• Resolve complex interface issues creatively, leveraging HL7 specs and AI analysis.
• Educate customers on integration processes, HL7 message review, testing, and support.
• Develop and maintain interface methodology, documentation, and test coverage, including AI-assisted automation.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and participate in customer meetings and technical planning.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of interface implementation and product development experience in healthcare information systems.
• Working knowledge of HL7 standards for ADT, Order, and Results integrations.
• Experience with interface engines like Iguana or Mirth Connect.
• Ability to travel 10-20% across EMEA region.
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences, business/technical presentations.
• Project management experience highly desirable; bachelor’s in technical field preferred.
• Daily use of AI tools (copilots, agents) in workflow, with validation and debugging skills.
