What you will do

• Prototype, implement, and support features that digitize insurance risks.
• Collaborate within small, independent functional teams steered by a technical lead and product owner.
• Leverage Generative AI to drive smarter decisions and seamless collaboration across the insurance ecosystem.
• Develop and ship high-impact features to accelerate digital transformation in the industry.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or Ireland.
• Permanent right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, etc.).
• Experience with AWS ecosystem (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, SES).
• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases (Postgres) and Docker.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP VertexAI, BigQuery, and Gemini.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and OCR engines (AWS Textract, GDocAI).
• Familiarity with Redis, Kubernetes, CircleCI, or DataDog.
• Experience with Terraform and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
