What you will do

• Design and evolve external API and embedded product layer for long-term stability and enterprise-grade craftsmanship.
• Evolve agentic retrieval harness for patient and clinical search across structured/unstructured data with permissions and audits.
• Build reusable platform primitives for partners to embed and extend AI capabilities.
• Contribute to core data models unifying health records, unstructured inputs, and time-series signals.
• Develop pluggable ingestion frameworks and stateful agentic APIs for third-party integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years building production backend systems in high-growth environments.
• Experience designing/maintaining external-facing APIs for customers/partners.
• Strong data modeling for time-series/high-frequency data.
• Experience with distributed systems and multi-tenant architectures.
• Comfort with greenfield design and pragmatic shipping.

Nice to have

• Built comprehensive search or RAG systems at scale.
• Experience scaling systems from 1 to 10 in fast-paced settings.
