What you will do

• Provide executive support including calendar management, inbox organization, and task prioritization.
• Manage centralized content library and ensure messaging consistency across marketing efforts.
• Implement and track LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns for engagement and leads.
• Use Go High Level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Typeform/Jotform for outreach, surveys, and automation.
• Conduct market research and develop video content to communicate mission and engage audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years in operations, executive assistance, and marketing support.
• Proven experience implementing marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in Go High Level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Typeform or Jotform.
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting founders or senior leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools in marketing or operations.
• Background in digital marketing or growth teams.
