Implementation Engineer (Pathology AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of customer deployments from planning to go-live, using AI to accelerate work and catch issues early.
• Partner with Solution Architects to prototype and validate technical configurations before deployment.
• Drive implementations to customer acceptance, managing quality and expectations.
• Configure customer technical specs, integrations, and interfaces.
• Resolve technical issues during installation via logs, AI analysis, or team collaboration.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on support and feature requests; review feedback and recommend changes.
• Build and maintain internal deployment standards and documentation for AI-augmented workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows, including shell scripts.
• Working knowledge of web architecture, networking (SSL, DNS).
• Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) and Azure equivalents for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with storage (Azure Blob, AWS S3, NFS).
• Experience running containerized apps with Docker or Kubernetes.
• At least 5+ years in enterprise IT solutions.
• Daily use of AI tools for troubleshooting, validation, and problem-solving; familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering.
• Strong communication for customer interactions and presentations to stakeholders.
