What you will do

• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls using Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
• Implement and optimize routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, VPNs, and QoS.
• Monitor network health and diagnose latency or routing issues using SolarWinds, Nagios, and Wireshark.
• Enforce security policies, ACLs, and Zero Trust models to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate hybrid cloud networking across AWS VPCs, Azure VNets, and GCP.
• Maintain detailed network diagrams and runbooks using Visio and Lucidchart.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Availability to work during U.S. client business hours.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring platforms.

Nice to have

• CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto, or Fortinet certifications.
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets, hybrid networks).
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience supporting multi-site enterprise networks.
