The Brightman recruitment agency is looking for a Technical Interviewer (BA/SA) for its large client.

Обязанности
- Conducting technical interviews with Middle and Senior Business Analyst and System Analyst candidates.
- Evaluating candidates strictly according to the established interview matrix.
- Completing feedback forms after each interview.
- Adhering to feedback procedures and timelines.
- Communicating with hiring stakeholders in a dedicated chat.
- Responding promptly to interview requests.

Требования
- Experience as a BA/SA for 4 years.
- Strong competencies in business analysis and system analysis: requirements management, documentation, prototyping, stakeholder alignment.
- Understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with analysis and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Draw.io, BPMN, UML).
- Experience conducting technical interviews.
- Willingness to work with flexible and irregular scheduling.
- Responsibility, ability to accurately complete assessment matrices, and meet feedback deadlines.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
