What you will do

• Define and evolve infrastructure architecture and support platform roadmaps for key products.
• Lead the adoption of SRE practices, including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management.
• Design and maintain comprehensive observability stacks involving metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards.
• Develop a self-service platform utilizing IaC and GitOps workflows to standardize service deployment.
• Embed zero-trust security and ensure healthcare-grade compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Manage FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend while maintaining high resilience and recovery capabilities.

Requirements

• Deep architectural experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and its broader ecosystem.
• Expertise in IaC (Terraform, Pulumi) and automation using Python or Go.
• Proven experience designing CI/CD pipelines with progressive delivery (canary, blue/green).
• Strong knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, IAM, network segmentation, and encryption.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cloud-based data platforms and pipelines.
• Familiarity with the infrastructure impacts of ML/AI on architecture and cost.
