What you will do

• Create and maintain customer cloud environments for the Aras PLM Platform.
• Implement automation to continuously reduce toil for customer operations using CI/CD processes.
• Introduce new technologies and deploy services to multiple cloud environments and regions.
• Solve technical problems, guide internal and external teams, and continually improve cloud systems and operations.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership in diagnosing and remediating security and privacy issues of Managed Services offerings.
• Participate in on-call shifts and respond to customer support issues related to cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and containers (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Advanced networking knowledge, including Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Experience with monitoring systems and SLA tracking, as well as administering and supporting high-scale Production workloads.
• Must be eligible to work in Poland.
