What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, secure, cost-effective MLOps solutions on cloud platforms
• Automate deployment pipelines and reduce manual effort using CI/CD tools
• Collaborate with data scientists to align infrastructure with MLOps best practices
• Integrate security throughout the machine learning lifecycle
• Manage issues from root cause analysis to resolution with preventive feedback
• Contribute to system architecture and software design

Requirements

• Russian language is a must
• Upper-Intermediate English
• CET timezone
• Experience with AWS architecture, security, and cost optimization
• Proficiency with Databricks and cloud ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI)
• Expert in Terraform/Terragrunt, Kubernetes (scaling, networking), Docker security
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK), Git workflows, CI/CD (ArgoCD, FluxCD)
• MLOps for retraining/deployment, ML pipelines (Kubeflow, Argo Workflow), LLMOps (Langfuse, Ollama, vLLM)
• Proactive soft skills: stakeholder management, communication, time management
