What you will do

• Develop multi-step LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration systems from architecture to production.
• Build client-facing web applications using Python/FastAPI and React with embedded AI features.
• Engineer scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP, including vector databases.
• Translate business requirements from VC/PE stakeholders into technical AI-first proposals.
• Establish AI quality standards, guardrails, and observability for production systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production AI/LLM systems used by real users.
• Expertise in AI-native coding workflows using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proficiency in Python, React, Terraform, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• English: C1 level required for communicating complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead AI initiatives independently from discovery to delivery across multiple client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, private capital (VC/PE), or healthcare data systems.
• Familiarity with data engineering stacks including dbt, Airflow, and AWS data services.
