TL;DR

Business Analyst Junior (AI): Collecting and analyzing requirements for AI platform components including chat interfaces, AI agents, and RAG pipelines with an accent on translating complex needs into technical specifications. Focus on coordinating between LLM Engineers and Product teams to optimize AI pipeline performance and data quality.

Location: Remote (Worldwide) or Hybrid (Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia). Relocation support is available to these hubs.

What you will do

• Analyze requirements for AI platform components (chat, agents, voice, RAG) and translate them into clear specifications.
• Facilitate communication between LLM Engineers, Backend, Product, and Ops teams to align on scope and timelines.
• Identify root causes of issues in AI pipelines, such as data quality, latency, and cost, and coordinate fixes.
• Manage the implementation of feature and platform components across different teams and products.
• Define and maintain KPIs to measure platform success.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience prototyping AI solutions via low-code tools or custom integrations.
• Understanding of AI technologies, model lifecycles, and data pipeline structures.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration with DS/ML, Backend, and QA teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with metrics.
• English: Fluent (B2+) level required for international communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau), SQL, and Python/Notebooks.
• Understanding of APIs (REST/gRPC), streaming (Kafka), and orchestration tools (Airflow).
• Exposure to LLM prompt design, evaluation, RAG, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of model registries (MLflow) and observability tools.
