What you will do

• Analyze validator performance, staking economics, revenue drivers, and protocol incentives across networks like Solana.
• Monitor blockchain ecosystem for emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic developments.
• Design, deploy, and optimize data pipelines and solutions for validator analytics and protocol monitoring.
• Define data requirements, govern data marts, and ensure data quality and lineage.
• Build dashboards, analytical tools, and provide ad-hoc data support for business needs.

Requirements

• Experience working with Solana data
• Advanced SQL (joins, window functions) using Google BigQuery
• Analytical Python stack
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Airflow and DBT
• Data research skills including probability theory, mathematical statistics, regressions, and A/B tests
• Data storytelling skills and effective collaboration with data consumers
