What you will do

• Follow production safety rules and existing operational standards.
• Execute basic Autonomous Maintenance (AM) operations, including Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication (CIL).
• Identify machinery anomalies and implement tagging systems.
• Conduct elementary quality tests to ensure production standards.
• Develop Operational Instructions (OPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a technical school.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Basic knowledge of technical production processes and technical skills to pass a technical test.
• High attention to detail to identify and maintain quality parameters.
• Discipline to follow processes and a capacity to learn quickly.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Must be based in Queretaro, Mexico.
