What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans for automotive products.
• Coordinate quality audits and manage the follow-up on non-conformities.
• Analyze quality data to propose and drive improvement actions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain high product quality.
• Provide training to personnel on quality procedures and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in quality roles such as Quality Inspector, Supervisor, or Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Proficiency with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and APQP.
• Experience with Minitab and Quality Management Systems like SAP.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Quality.
• Professional certification in Core Tools.
• Certification in IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 standards.
