What you will do

• Supervise production programs and manage resources efficiently.
• Ensure personnel meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity standards.
• Promote discipline in following procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Develop cross-functional staff and reduce turnover/absenteeism.
• Meet key metrics including safety, production, scrap, audits, and 6S.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related (desirable).
• Proactive, organized with effective time management and personnel management skills.
• Available to change shifts.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• English: Intermediate (desirable).
