What you will do

• Lead product and process improvements utilizing quality engineering tools and corporate standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, product, and process requirements, including ISO/IATF standards.
• Interpret customer requirements and align them with operational execution.
• Oversee laboratory testing, Layered Process Audits (LPA), and maintain data integrity.
• Identify risks, solve problems, and coach teams on Plant Optimization (PO) and quality practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and IATF 16949.
• Experience in laboratory testing, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
