What you will do

• Coordinate concept, design, and release of components and modules within hirify.global, including BOM management in SAP and packaging into customer vehicles.
• Define thermal capacities and technical requirements, aligning with customer needs and overseeing product cost sensitivity.
• Create and execute DVP&R for product validation.
• Analyze external and internal factors to derive product strategies across the full lifecycle.
• Participate in international project assignments in Product Development and gain insights into other departments, including a stay abroad in Mexico.
• Build networks through trainee community events, mentoring, and trainings.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Engineering
• International experience through studies abroad or internships
• High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to development
• Holistic entrepreneurial mindset, analytical and hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and initiative
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of thermodynamics
• Basic knowledge in Project Management principles

Nice to have

• Familiarity with heat exchanger manufacturing processes (evaporator, condenser, radiator, oil cooler, charge-air-cooler)
• Experience with stamping and brazing
• Another foreign language
