What you will do

• Analyze and optimize industrial stamping processes to ensure production schedules are met.
• Manage the specification, installation, and delivery of new equipment, including presses and transfer lines.
• Implement quality improvements in stamped parts utilizing various problem-solving tools.
• Coordinate the adoption of new part numbers, including planning online tests and establishing production parameters.
• Define stamping parameters to maximize quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of tool design, material properties, and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Experience with numerical control (CNC) programming and problem analysis.
