TL;DR

Associate Director, Gender, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (HR): Leading the implementation of the GEDI Action Plan and strategic organizational changes with an accent on change management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on embedding equity and inclusion across all organizational processes, optimizing progress tracking, and managing global GEDI initiatives.

Location: London, UK; New York, NY USA; or Nairobi, Kenya

Salary: US range $106,500 - $112,461; UK range £65,785 - £76,746

What you will do

  • Spearhead the GEDI Action Plan dashboard and coordinate comprehensive progress reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive informed decision-making by validating insights and facilitating consensus through structured leadership meetings.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple complex projects, managing scope and swiftly resolving roadblocks.
  • Partner with the Strategy Delivery Unit to streamline operational efficiency and align cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Influence organizational leaders to embed GEDI commitments across all internal processes.
  • Grow the Equality Hub resource center and lead far-reaching internal communications plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in GEDI, gender, or inclusion strategy at a global scale.
  • Proven track record of leading change management efforts to sustain an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Exceptional cross-functional project management and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic, cross-functional global team structure.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging data for process improvement.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French, Arabic, or Spanish.
  • Comfort leveraging AI-powered tools to increase organizational agility.
