Location: On-site in Mountain View, CA. Approximately 50% travel to client locations expected.

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year + 10-15% annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with AI Product Managers to rapidly scope use cases and create working prototypes for enterprise customers.
• Ingest data from ERPs, ecommerce platforms, and custom APIs to build AI agents that solve specific business problems.
• Lead customer-facing demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, tuning models using production feedback loops.
• Collaborate with the Bangalore-based engineering team to transform successful prototypes into reusable core product modules.
• Manage the full engagement lifecycle from pre-sales scoping through post-deployment refinement.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, product managers, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of software development experience with proficiency in Python or Java.
• Strong full-stack and data integration skills, including experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ETL pipelines.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/LLM-based agents and connecting to complex APIs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, translating ambiguous requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or technical product management (e.g., at Palantir, Scale AI, Ramp).
• Familiarity with ecommerce, retail, supply-chain, or ad-tech data.
• Exposure to LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
