TL;DR
Technical Account Manager 3 ( APIs): Serve as the primary technical support contact for strategic customers, resolving complex technical issues with technologies with an accent on troubleshooting APIs, server-side and client-side code, and network connectivity. Focus on providing proactive guidance, analyzing customer trends, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive improvements.
Location: Remote and based in Colombia, providing support during 9am to 6pm Central Time (CT)

What you will do
- Use technical and diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with customers' developers, architects, and support personnel to resolve complex, high-impact technical problems.
- Work with teammates via Slack and JIRA to report bugs and improve processes.
- Analyze customer trends and patterns, drive betterments, and report observations to management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and cloud solutions troubleshooting
- Broad troubleshooting capabilities in server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript (React, Redux)
- Skilled in network issues (TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS basics)
- High competency in communicating complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced time management, prioritization under pressure, and workflow efficiency
- Experience managing dedicated customer accounts
Nice to have
- Understanding of Telecoms, VOIP, WebRTC, and SIP
