What you will do
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Liaise closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve system issues.
- Act as the highest technical escalation point within the Support team.
- Mentor and coach support team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Review and improve support playbooks, KB articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new technical support staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Linux and CLI.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, DNS, web servers, databases, containers, and APIs.
- Coding proficiency for troubleshooting issues and automating workflows.
- Experience in Problem Management and technical mentoring.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Must be based in the EU or Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French.
