What you will do

• Administer a complex range of funds and associated structures, liaising with clients and intermediaries.
• Coordinate company secretarial duties, including preparing minutes for board and shareholder meetings.
• Process routine and complex fund operations and maintain accurate investor records.
• Manage payment instructions for fund expenses and coordinate the opening of new bank accounts.
• Ensure timely regulatory and statutory filings and manage accounts distribution.
• Mentor junior staff under the supervision of senior management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a financial services setting, preferably within the funds industry.
• Studying towards a professional qualification (preferably CGI or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of the local regulatory framework.
• Essential computer literacy and high-level interpersonal skills.
