What you will do

• Define the end-to-end agent building experience, moving from initial idea to implementation.
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle, ensuring a tight loop between analysis, building, testing, and release.
• Develop simulation and testing systems to validate agent behaviors before deployment.
• Design reusable systems and packages for modular agent skills and integrations.
• Integrate AI copilots like Ghostwriter and Explorer into the developer workflow.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to make agent performance measurable and actionable.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with developer platforms, AI systems, or complex technical products.
• Strong technical depth in system design, platform architecture, and APIs.
• Experience building 0→1 products and defining workflows in ambiguous spaces.
• Familiarity with LLMs and the challenges of iterating on non-deterministic systems.
• Strong product instincts for builder tools and developer experience.
