Associate Developer (Renewable Energy)

Salary: $87,000–$104,550/year + annual bonus.

What you will do

• Contribute to all aspects of wind project development from early stage to Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• Own project development schedules, budgets, and due diligence.
• Lead meetings with internal/external stakeholders and manage contract obligations.
• Coordinate permitting strategy, site/environmental studies, engineering, and contractor selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including growth strategy, legal, finance, and execution.
• Support business development pipeline reporting and handoff fully permitted projects.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of project development experience in renewable energy.
• Undergraduate degree in renewable energy, engineering, business, project management, or related.
• Knowledge of renewable energy development, utilities, interconnection, permitting, and contracting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 40%+ as required.
