What you will do

• Support RFP processes by compiling contract documents, collaborating on strategy, and evaluating contractor proposals.
• Lead EPC contract negotiations, including prioritization of terms, coordination with experts, version control, and final execution.
• Manage contractual claims by diligencing contractor claims, implementing dispute strategies, and preparing documentation.
• Track disputes, advise on communication strategies, and identify process improvements.
• Collect lessons learned and support project turnover to operations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, project management, construction management, legal or equivalent.
• 5+ years in construction project management, contract management, or claims management.
• Experience with construction contracts, including on-site experience and navigating in Spanish.
• Experience in utility-scale solar, battery storage, and/or wind projects.
• Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Sharepoint, and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
