TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager - Integrations (SaaS/CLM): Enable customers to deploy scalable, reliable integrations using hirify.global’s Integration Hub with an accent on architecture validation, risk mitigation, and usage optimization. Focus on leading structured reviews, recommending optimized patterns, and building repeatable playbooks to drive adoption and retention.

What you will do

  • Lead Integration Success Reviews to validate architecture for scalability, reliability, and observability.
  • Translate business requirements into stable integration designs and provide hands-on problem-solving.
  • Analyze usage patterns, recommend optimizations like event-based integrations, and mitigate risks in high-consumption accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to activate underutilized accounts and remove technical blockers.
  • Build review frameworks, playbooks, and collaborate with Product, Services, and partners to scale success.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in enterprise SaaS integrations or implementations
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with APIs, JSON, Postman, and integration troubleshooting
  • Critical thinking, risk assessment, and actionable recommendations in complex environments
  • Cross-functional experience in remote, fast-paced settings
  • Experience with automation tools or AI-enabled workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray)
  • Workato certifications
  • Integrating ERP, CRM, CLM, or document systems
  • Event-driven architecture and consumption modeling
  • Background in legal tech, CLM, or technical account management
