What you will do

  • Own end-to-end program execution, ensuring deployments launch on time, meet success criteria, and deliver value.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement through key milestones without friction.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Support to meet commitments.
  • Build and scale AI-enabled workflows, templates, and automations to reduce manual effort.
  • Increase delivery leverage to support more customers with higher consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience owning execution in customer-facing roles like onboarding, implementation, or program delivery with proven high-quality outcomes.
  • Managed complex multi-stakeholder workstreams and delivered reliably against deadlines.
  • Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to redesign workflows and automate tasks.
  • Clear, concise communication with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • High ownership: close loops, anticipate issues, create structure in ambiguity.
  • AI fluency as cultural expectation: use AI daily, build leverage through automations and systems.
