TL;DR

Client Operations Manager (Finance): Leading operational aspects of the institutional client lifecycle, including onboarding and reporting, with an accent on scalable client-focused solutions and risk mitigation. Focus on driving process improvement, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery against SLAs.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or be able to work from Atlanta, GA; Downers Grove, IL; Houston, TX; or Louisville, KY. Employees are expected to spend at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 per year (range for Downers Grove)

What you will do

  • Act as the central operational point of contact for institutional clients throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead and monitor client onboarding and account transitions to ensure timely execution.
  • Liaise between Trading, Legal, Compliance, Investments, Trust, and Operations teams.
  • Resolve daily client inquiries and complex operational issues while escalating risks.
  • Ensure delivery against client SLAs and KPIs through tracking and logging.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational risk reduction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in investment operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in institutional client service.
  • 5+ years of experience in onboarding and account transitions.
  • Strong understanding of asset management operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Advanced degree or CFA is preferred.
