What you will do

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed engineering team spanning APAC, EMEA, and AMER.
• Own the execution and delivery of the yearly roadmap for foundational infrastructure, high availability, and platform resilience.
• Drive change management processes across engineering and product domains to synchronize major systemic updates.
• Design and refine support workflows, agile planning methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Manage global on-call rotations and lead incident response, including blameless post-mortems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, DevOps Lead, or SRE Lead managing globally distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in engineering support frameworks, roadmap planning, and team prioritization.
• Experience owning Change Management and Incident Management lifecycles.
• Strong technical understanding of Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, PostgreSQL, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to coordinate complex multi-stage tech rollouts.
