What you will do

  • Design and execute monthly influencer acquisition campaigns across verticals such as health, gaming, lifestyle, and finance.
  • Build professional sourcing processes using external platforms, direct outreach, and creative acquisition methods.
  • Explore and test innovative channels, including AI-driven solutions, virtual influencers, and third-party affiliate programs.
  • Develop compelling lead magnets and communication strategies to attract high-quality influencers at scale.
  • Lead and standardize workflows, tracking systems, and best practices for a team of junior entrepreneurs across global markets.
  • Analyze market opportunities and build data-driven business cases for new growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 2X+ growth in influencer, affiliate, or partnership programs with verifiable methodology.
  • Builder mindset with experience creating original systems rather than just operating existing ones.
  • Background in consumer mobile apps or web products, with startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and strategic marketing thinking skills.
  • Data-driven approach to growth and campaign optimization.
  • Comfort with variable compensation tied directly to performance outcomes.
