What you will do

• Serve as the senior technical authority for the practical application of advanced AI/ML.
• Lead the architecture and design of secure, scalable AI solutions, focusing on private and data-sovereign systems that meet GDPR requirements.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to scope opportunities and design technical solutions for client pitches.
• Architect solutions for hosting, fine-tuning, and optimizing proprietary and open-source models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
• Guide clients and internal teams on high-performance training (PyTorch, JAX, TPUs) and efficient model serving (vLLM).
• Devise financial architectures for AI solutions by performing ROI analysis and implementing cost-optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in CS, Math, or equivalent practical experience in designing high-scale AI/ML systems.
• Extensive experience as a Senior or Principal Architect with a track record of delivering production-grade ML systems.
• Deep architectural experience with a major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure), with GCP experience being a significant plus.
• Expertise in LLM optimization (quantization, pruning, LoRA) and high-performance serving (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
• Experience with agentic workflows (LangGraph, LangChain) and LLM observability frameworks (LangSmith, LangFuse).
• Must be based in the US; the company does not offer visa sponsorship.
