What you will do

• Lead art projects creating materials focused on people, overseeing character fidelity, lifestyle integration, and overall vibe.
• Elevate iGaming products by implementing premium, authentic visual trends.
• Create necessary art materials from concept to final product.
• Provide art direction for photo/video shoots aligned with technical needs.
• Deliver constructive feedback for advertising-grade polish and quality control.
• Improve work processes, inspire the team, and foster a positive environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience leading creative teams in photo production and advertising visuals.
• Proven track record leading advertising campaigns (Digital, OOH, Social) focused on human talent/lifestyle photography.
• Experience in photo and video production.
• Hands-on high-end retouching skills.
• Strong aesthetic skills across art styles, attention to visual details.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate diverse artist teams; meet deadlines; collaborate effectively.
• Great artistic portfolio.
• Communication in English.

• Strong background in iGaming/Gambling.
